Missouri Republicans Pass ‘Right to Work’ Legislation Out of Committee

It’s about time. Missouri Republicans passed “right to work” legislation, HB77, out of committee on Wednesday. The proposed legislation specifies that no person can be required to engage in labor union activity as a condition or continuation of employment.
